ALE Fileter setup

Hi Gurus,

I am configuring ALE for material master distribution for a custom message type.

I need to filter Material type(MARA-MTART = YV etc).

I created Filter object type(tcode= BD95) and assigned this object to Z message type using Tcode = BD59.

My issue: How will I actually assign the material type values eg: MTART="YV" etc.

Please reply ASAP.

Thanks in advance.

Rgs,

Ananth

Hi,

You can set the filter on field level using transaction code BD64.

Select the corresponding model view/message type and click on NO FILTER SET option. You will get one modal screen ... click on create button, select the field then set the filter value(s).
