advanced debugger

What is advanced debugger and how to switch to that from the normal debugging ? I appreciate your response

Hi,

Switch on the debugger there in the menu you have Debugger in that you find Switch to New ABAP debugger.

If you are working with ECC5.0 version you will get Advance debugger automatically once you switch to debug mode. From here if you want to normal debugger click the menu item-->switch to classical debugger.

I am working in 4.6C in test system . I dont find that menu option there. I was checking in BW its there.

In 4.6c there is no option for advance debugger.
