In the dialog "Run ABAP Development Object" (Alt-F8) in ADT, if I type in 'se01', I get the error "Error when getting results: Double key not supported in fast search".
In fact, the error appears as soon as I type 'se0'. Strange thing is, for other letters, I can type more or fewer characters to get the errors. E.g., anything after 'y' triggers it, but I type as much as 'zcl_' and then if I add more I get the same error.
This is the first ADT installation where I've experienced this. Another user at the same company has the same error. Google was no help.
Any thoughts as to what may be causing this?

Running a transaction is not a problem. I can use "Open SAP GUI (Ctrl+6)" to open a GUI session and enter the tcode there. It's just in the "Run ABAP Development Object" dialog that the search box gives an error. And not only when I enter a tcode, but for anything I enter.

Hi Hans,
I tried it in our systems and I cannot reproduce this error. Therefore I suggest to raise a ticket. And don't forget to attach the support info file.

Michael

Hi,
Thanks for looking into this. As it turns out, there's an OSS note 1808043 that addresses this, but our system is too old for it. I'm going to close the question.
