Additional fields on RKCT* structures

Hi Experts,

     I have a request to modify an existing field in an RKCT* sender structure for IO.

Does anyone know of a way of editing a field without using an Access Key?

Hello AJ,

You can use it with Append structure option by using below path.

Display structure and then in SE11 menu GOTO---> Append structure.

You can not change standard SAP fields with out acess keys. In our system RKCT* does not exist which system is it. Please provide the complete name.

Thanks for the reply.

It is a sender structure RKCT010, this structure is used for the Insurance Module.

I was told that there are alternative ways of modifying this structure.

Note: There are no include structures in RKCT010.

Sorry i have not worked on this Module. Generally we create append structure but it looks by searching on SCN that these structures can be generated via some configurations. I would suggest you to search on SCN/SPRO the same

This is one of my option but I was told that there is a another way of doing it where Include Structure is not needed.

I will check through SPRO first.
