Adding a Tab in trnx FD01

Hi,

I have a requirement to add new ZZfields to table KNB1, which I did by appending the structure.

But my requirement is to add additional tab for the Customer Creation or Change screen( FD01 or FDO2) in the Company code data in which I need to populate these ZZfields.

How can I achieve this requirement?

Can anyone help me to solve this ASAP?
