Select first to a LOCL printer ... in your case i feel that the printer name that you are passing is incorrect..

may be u r not authorized to use that printer , goto SU01 , give ur id and goto Defaults tab , check out if there is any default printer assigned to you , or else check F4 help on that field and check out the printers available

yes if it is a authorization issue than you can get the help from the basis people or from your pm,bcz sometime client doesn't give all the authorization for the technical people, so we have to ask for them.
