Hi Abir,

Purchase Order comes with MM Module in SAP. This is created to send it to the vendor whenever a Purchase has to be done.

In SAP PO is created in transaction ME21 changed in ME22 and could be Displayed in ME23.

The Table that are affected once a PO is created are EKKO (PO Header) and EKPO (PO Item).

You can alos create PO through BAPI Function Module 'BAPI_PO_CREATE' and the associated Bussiness Object is BUS2012.

po means Purchase order. these details will be stored in EKKO - header details

EKPO - item level details

the transaction for create PO : ME21N

Change : ME22N

Display : ME23N
