Hi,

This happens (rarely) when your Application Server time does not match the Central Instance/Database Server time.

Please check for time on ALL the machines (say you two application server and one database server). Look closely

into timezones as well.

Please ask the system administrators (Unix/Windows) to synchronize time at application server (after shutting down the SAP instance on application server) with that of database/central instance. They must be synchronized to last second.
