Hi all,

Can anyone let me know how to get the termination date of the employee?

In which infotype termination date is stored?

Is it based on the status of the employee?

Hi Satya,

You can use the Table PA0000, to get the Termination Date.

In this table, if the field STAT2 contains any number other than '3' (3 Represents Employee is active in the Company), then u can assume that Employee is Terminated. Also MASSN field will be set to '10'.

Go to INFOTYPE <b>0041</b>: Date specifications.

U can get any date from here regarding to employee.

Hi satya,

All the date which are related to the employee are stored in infotype 41...

Also you can see the actions correponding to the date in this infotype...

Hi Satya,

you can use the FM HR_PT_HIRE_FIRE or RP_GET_FIRE_DATE to get termination date of the employee.
