Hi Luis,
I recommend to use the SAP Tools Updatesite to install ADT on your PC:
Find all information about prerequisites and installation here:
SAP Development Tools for Eclipse
Just install an Eclipse Kepler Standard version from here:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-standard-431/keplersr1
After that start the Eclipse and install the ABAP Tools via the Updatesite:
https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/keplerhttps://tools.hana.ondemand.com/kepler
That's all.
Kind Regards,
Thomas.

Hi Luis,
Maybe your issue got a complete another reason. MAke sure, you are allowed to install new things on your machine. I got one colleague, where we tried to install the AIE-Tools and it doesn't finished the process.
After some research, we recognized, that he didn't got enough permissions to install new software.
So make sure, you got admin-rights when starting the procedure, Thomas explained before.
Regards
Florian

Hey Luis,
ADT 1.0.9?
I have 2.19 installed.
Maybe that is the reason for your problems?
Got to SWDC as you said, and search for "SAP ABAP in Eclipse".
There is a Package "SAP ABAP IN ECLIPSE 2.19", this should work with the newest Eclipse Kepler available at eclipse.org.
When you downloaded the software go here, to find the installation manual:
