Workflow Error in Function Maintenance

Hello Experts,

I have activated workflow for function maintenance and the function gets successfully created through the request but when I try to change or delete the function the workflow gives the below error. Kindly help with the issue

1) Error while Changing the Function

   Function ZTEST4 is already in the workflow approval process

2) Error while deleting the function

Request submission inconsistent; process &SAP_GRAC_FUNC_APPR&, version &000001&, external ID &SOD_FUNCTION/ZTEST4&

Hi Mohammed

The error means that you have an existing workflow for the item not yet completed. Possibly you or someone else triggered a modify test (you cannot see changes until it is approved).

I would review your Workflow Logs to see if it needs to be cancelled. The WF/Submit Functionality for RAR is not as user friendly as CUP.

You can look at the WF Runtime Monitor Webdynpro to get the full list. I think you can run transaction GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD and then search for the GRAC_FUNC_APPR workflows

Its a error in MSMP.

please fix the same.. 

first llok for initiator. then check in stages.
