Support packs after Language

Hi Friends,

I am installing a language after the installation , i am in th process of importing the support packages, i was not able to find the following support packages, can some one help me if you know the same where can I find the same.

Have you found a solution? Where did you find the patches like:

Hello,

I know this is an old thread, but it's also not answered in a clear way.

And since it's the only place I came over this problem when searching for an answer, I will give a more detailed answer

So the list of packages you are not able to find on the MarketPlace is easy to get.

All you need is to get the upgrade files (you can find them by searching your upgrade DVDs or on OSS by searching for SAPK-603DH, for example) for the desired components and unpack them in your EPS/in.

If you look in the file that comes with the SAR (the one without any extension) you will find something like :

So exactly what you are looking for (excepting the "LIMUCOMM").

So when you go to import the language from the support packages(report RSTLAN_IMPORT_OCS ) it will look in the data folder of your DIR_TRANS, then in your EPS/in and then in the specified path (if you specify one) and it will find all the Packages from the PAT files in EPS/in.

Again, this is not an answer for the creator of the thread, since it has been 2 years now and he already said he solved the issue, but I really think that other people might need this.

Hi,

I assuming you have installed ERP6.0 and you are looking to upgrade to EHP4 ?

The software will be under ERP => ENHANCMENT PACKS in the dowload support packs area on SAPnet.

Now if you canot see this then you are not licensed for it......

Thanks for the replies. I am aware that we need to download through the solution manager as i have downloaded lot of support packages.

our system details are ECC6.0, EHP4 7.01. I am installing a language as you know after the language is installed, the next step is to import support packages.

When i have come to that point of installing the support packages, i found all the supportpackages from the service .sap.com. and downloaded them except the below packages.

Can some one help me where i can found this packages. I couldn't find in the ERP- EHP4 package and i did a whole search in the download area still couldn't find..

Are you sure you are looking for the right stuff ?

Take this for example :

SAPK-701DDINPIBASIS PI_BASIS 701 Upgrade: Meta-Commandfile (Delta Task)

I am assuming you would like to install the add-on PI_BASIS 701 ?

Because I did a simple search on SAPNet for the upgrade package and it's patches no problem?

These are also different to the ones you first raised the question about...

Even I did a search, i could find the below ones and added to EPS/in, but still this are not the ones.

Also the first support packages which i have pasted i could n't find. There are nearly 60 packages all together i could n't find.

The question which i have raised first one is same as the now, but the pasting of support packages was different.( but i need all the support packages)

Hi Krishna,

WIth downloading via Maintenance Optimizer, I did not meant only the download part, but also the selection of the support package.

So you have to create a new maintenance transaction for this system and execute all steps in order to be able to download these packages.

This is correctly configured as recently i have downloade the enhancement packs.

I guess you should download these support packs via the Maintenance Optimizer of Solution Manager.
