Hi Guys,

Please explain SAP R/1, R/2 and R/3 architecture and its difference.

All the 3 layers like Presentation Layer, Application layer and Database layer are designed in single system in R/1 scenario

here the moving of the applications are too tough

coming to

R/2 architecture ........

presentation and application layers will be present in one system and database layer in separate system

.here to some extent data is exchanged randomly between layers

R/3 architecture..................

all the three layers are present in three different systems........

here there is no bottle neck of applications .
