Ruleset selection in access request

Hello,

Is it possible  for an approver to manually select ruleset for risk analysis is access request. Parameter 1025 is configured to include multiple rulesets. In access request risk analysis field is greyed out and approver is unable to select desired ruleset.

Hi Archana,

You can check if risk analysis ruleset selection field is made read only in Access request approval screen by enabling in Admin mode

1. Go to SE80

2. Select Package GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST

3. Go to Webdynpro folder and Select Webdynpro application GRAC_OIF_REQUEST_APPROVAL

4. Double click on the Webdynpro application GRAC_OIF_REQUEST_APPROVAL and on the menu bar select Webdynpro Application -> Test -> In browser admin mode

5. Once the browser opens it shows you "The assert condition failed" error

6. Now add this &OBJECT_ID=ACCREQ/<REQID> to your browser URL. REQID can be any request ID and you can get this from your GRACREQ table.

7. Once you updated the URL as mentioned above your access request approval screen opens up. Now you go to request details section and select "Risk Violations" Tab. Right click on Ruleset field and click on Settings for current configuration as shown below

8. It opens below screen where you can make changes according to your requirement and then SAVE changes to transport request.

Hi Madhu,

Thanks for your input. I updated settings at both Web Dynpro  application and task settings in MSMP workflow to make it work.
