Request to delete user account

Hi Experts,

I have created a request to delete user accounts in R/3. The request works fine and the user is deleted at the end of the request, however the audit log displays a error message.

Basically, the user is deleted in METCLNT100 (R3), however it also tries to delete in GRC (I guess), how can I configure my request, so that it only deletes the users in R3 and I can avoid the error message?

please share Provisioning Log and SLG1. We should be able to see more from there.
