I think this has separate license requirement for using this tool.

Does Rapid Data Migration tool is free for migrating data in SAP, who has purchased the SAP ECC.

Also have heard that below tool for migrating HR Data into SAP.

The only prrerequisite for the installation is: SAP Data Service 4.2.

Thanks for the information, please do let me know whether SAP Data Service 4.2 is licensed or can be used with my existing SAP ECC license.

SAP Data Services comes bundled with many HANA licenses, but to my knowledge not with ECC. You'll need a separate license for it.
