If as a functional consultant we have any requirement with Technical people, how can inform them, functional terminology they may not understand how we can write in their terminology?

Hi Vijay ,

I believe functional specifications match to the technical specifications .What you need to do in your functional specifications is explain in detail the business process and the delta for which the development is being done . Then in the technical specs while givening the technical details for the development , map it well to the functional specs and I guess the techin cal guy would understand what you are talking about . The glossary part of the functional specs should be well maintained and in detail so that he get's hold of the terminology used .
