Problem faced during SAP Backend Developer ABAP Cloud Beta Version Certification Exam

Dear SAP Team, I am writing to urgently request technical assistance with my SAP ABAP Developer Assessment exam, which I scheduled and launched today at 4:30 PM (IST).Screenshot 2026-05-28 170746.pngScreenshot 2026-05-28 170635.png

My exam timer of 3 hours has started and is currently running, but I am completely locked out and unable to access the examination environment due to authentication errors on your end.

Following the provided instruction PDF, I clicked on the "Access System" link. Instead of loading the test environment, I encountered a critical single sign-on/identity assertion failure. I tried launching it a second time and received another error indicating authorization issues.

Below are the details and system correlation IDs captured from my screen during these attempts:

  • Attempt 1 Error: "Identity provider cannot process the response due to wrong configuration. Please contact your system administrator."

    • Correlation ID: 4BE41032-CE75-4521-8C6D-19AE28517549

  • Attempt 2 Error: "Sorry, but you are currently not authorized for access" (SAP BTP subaccount C_ABAPD_PROD_2 in_use new)

    • Correlation ID: 35725FD7-61CD-4840-95F3-84EBE9C64BC7

I have attached the screenshots of both error pages, for your technical team's verification.

Because this is a platform configuration and authorization issue entirely outside of my control, my exam time is wasting away without me being able to answer a single question. I kindly request that you look into these correlation IDs, reset my active exam timer, and help me reschedule or re-access this assessment without penalty.

My Account Details:

  • Name: Gargi Parmar

  • Exam Name: SAP Backend Developer ABAP Cloud Beta Version (System-Based Assessment)

  • Scheduled Time: May 28, 2026, at 4:30 PM (IST)

  • Enroll ID: 7bb2e917-c34b-4d6f-902d-2cfacd55fd99
  • Email ID: [email protected]

I look forward to your quick response as the exam window is currently active.

Ich eröffnete einen Case und erhielt schon am nächsten Arbeitstag folgende Antwort:

"

Hi, Falk Thanks for contacting SAP Global Training Support.

We are truly sorry for the disruption you experienced when attempting to launch your exam. Because the session did not start successfully, no attempt was recorded, and your exam attempt has not been deducted.

Our experts have identified this as an intermittent system issue that may recur if another attempt is made immediately. They are actively deploying a stable resolution, with the fix expected to be fully implemented by the end of this week.

To ensure a seamless experience and avoid repeated disruptions, we highly recommend waiting until early next week to reschedule your exam slot.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to finalize this resolution.

Kind regards,

...
