Could you give more information about how you are consuming the adapter? are you creating a sender JDBC with a query or requesting a SQL operation to a receiver JDBC adapter?
The business system name just could be create following the role in the message, you can create in the correct way and you will need associate the BS with the client C4C logical system name, not need be the same.
