There is no straight forward provision to mention scrap for FG. However scrap percentage can be specified in custom attribute & demand can be inflated using this attribute.
Both Country & Region attributes in LOC_EXT table flow from plant definition in enterprise structure. Please review your plant definition in SPRO --> Enterprise structure.Thanks,Neeraj
