Try to change the START option in GENERAL ATTRIBUTES tab. Maybe you need to set Append Directly.

The LENUM's domain field has Convertion Rutines, if you assign LENUM data element to a variable, this take the behavior of the domain, therefore you need to add zeros to the left of the variable. Chers.
