And if you put an XML view in a Composite, would you be able use the Composites inner scope (global variables, properties...) to mimic the behavior of a "custom component"?
Just out of interest: What are you able to do when accessing global scope?
Can you read/set properties of other components or global variables? Would it be possible to trigger this from within the UI5 controller code?
