we have maintained the uni-directional integration for quotes/oder for SAP ERP --> SAP Sales Cloud using SAP CPI.
But the delta load for new created or updated documents does not take place and it is totally different from integration...

I have created a product category (hierarchy) with several levels.
But one I choose the value help e. g. on view products within an opportunity the maintained tree structure is not shown. It's just a long flat list. This is not feasible....
