My Contacts not working - Uncaught error: The segment {item Count} is required

I have implemented CRM FIori Apps. All the apps are working fine except My Contacts.When I click on "+" to create new contacts, it gives the error "Uncaught error: The segment {item Count} is required" in the Console.
