Similar to other answers, we have a user field called Exemption. All of our Assignment Profiles have a rule of Exemption = Empty. Therefore we just have to add the exemption to the user as and when needed and they get added or excluded from the APs.

Hi. I have had a response from SAP on my ticket to say that the photos are going in the new release. You can either have the new style icons or the old style icons - but no photos by default. Obviously they can be imported as custom images. Sam
