Dear all, I am trying to instantiate a template "SAP S/4HANA 2025, Fully-Activated Appliance" for learning about SAP.

I accepted the agreement, and configured the AWS key/secret but every time I am getting Error "Your request is under clarification by export control. We will send you an email as soon as the clarification has been provided."

I am a P-User and I am in USA.

What else can I try?

You should be able to care an appliance out of https://cal.sap.com/catalog#/applianceTemplates/1a264e32-a314-4578-bad7-83acc155d28b (SAP S/4HANA 2025, Fully-Activated Appliance).

If would like to use another appliance template, i.e. https://cal.sap.com/catalog#/applianceTemplates/84f1e741-aede-4853-8aa8-5483a30ecf59 (SAP S/4HANA 2025, Fully-Activated Appliance), then please try again later.

Hi Tsvetinka, we finally were ready and tried to launch again but getting the same message again. We appreciate the help!
