Wrong assignment for position table with sub-table

Hello,

I would like to output a table with positions in my form. For each position there is a sub-table with further data in the same structure.

My problem is that the sub-table is not assigned to the correct position row. If I also have a filled sub table per position everything is correct. But if I don't have a filled sub-table for a position, the information moves up and is not assigned to the correct position.

Can you maybe help me where exactly my error is?
