Workzone Advanced Edition Administration authentication problem

We recently created a Workzone Advanced service and have a custom IDP. I used to have access to theAdministration Console in a previous system, but while other colleagues can see the Admin console, it does not appear for me unless I click on 'All my Apps / SAP Work Zone where I can see see it, but when I click on it I receive an '

Access denied

You do not have permission to access this resource.'

message. debugging mentions the following in the Netwirk tab:

I seem to have the relevant authorisations
 
I have a user type of 'Employee' and my Status is Active in Cloud Identity Services for the Application.
https://help.sap.com/docs/build-work-zone-advanced-edition/sap-build-work-zone-advanced-edition/assi... but can't see anything different apart from I have 2 Work Zone Applications in different system assigned to my userid where as my colleagues don't. 
My userid has been removed and reinserted into the CIS but no luck.
 
Any help gratefully received.

Dear @NStewart 

In IAS > Users & authorization > User Management

Make sure your id is pointing to right employee number existing in SuccessFactors. check "Employee number" filed under "Details >Employee Information".
