For detailed analysis please read worklfow book "Pracktical Workflow for SAP 2nd Edition"

In addition to taking SAP's BIT600, BIT601, BIT603, and BIT610, I recommend you check the tutorials on this website. Also, check the SAP Help website. SAPTechnical . com has a lot of useful tutorials as well. "The Book" is your best friend (www.workflowbook.com).

Finally, do some research in this forum. You'll find tons of recommendations as to where look for training.
