Hi,
What points are to be considered to keep the workflow performance up to the mark . I know only 2 things.....
1. Event Q
2. Not using too many Sub workflows...
DO you know something more??

Workflow rarely has peformance problems, except if you have an extraordinarily large system.
I wouldn't worry about it too much until it happened.
To keep it running smoothly in the long run, make sure you do archiving.
