Hello Experts,
I am new to workflow. I am facing some problem in workflow. I have designed a flow that while creating Purchase requisition sent mail to XYZ user. It is working fine in my 420 client, but it is not working in client 400.
Any suggestion ....???

Hello,
There could be many causes. As suggested, check SWU3 first, then do a SWU_OBUF, then check the workflow logs to see if a mail is actually being sent - or if the workflow is even started.
It could also have to do with the mail settings of the user(s) in SU01 and SO16.
I assum you mean emails and not workitems.

Hello:
You have to verify the agent assignment of your tasks in every client. You can use transaction PFTC, menu additional data-> agent assignment.
Also, you have to verify the event linkage in every client.

Hi,
1) Check if the workflow is activated in the client.
2)If the WF is activated and still the mail is not sent you can check the mail settings of the user
Also can you please confirm how you are identifying the recepient of the mail.

Shraddha

Dear Saligram,
In workflow u can find two types of requests .
1. Workbench Request
2. Customised Request
So you have to transport Customised Request between same server,
Check this before do any thing.
