Workflow Intelligence Scenario

Hi,

I am trying to configure workflow intelligence scenario , i created a workflow with a usertask and decisions as approve and reject . Then i created a scenerio by giving usertask id ,workflow definition id and added decision criteria with 2 numerical criterion, 4 categorical criterion and 1 decision criterion . After saving and training the scenerio ,the training is failing . I am not able to understand why its failing .
Could anyone help me with what i am doing wrong or how can i understand the reason for the error and how to rectify this.

Hi Keerthana,

Possible constraints / restrictions could be found in the documentation, but at first sight I won't see how any of it applies to the data you share, cp. https://help.sap.com/viewer/6f55baaf330443bd8132d071581bbae6/Cloud/en-US/bc7c348c32ef4597b407aebc164...

Apart from that, the logs would be with the operating service team, hence reaching out via support incident is key.

Thanks for your reply.
When i provided more data(triggering the workflow multiple times and creating enough historical data for training) the intelligence scenerio got successful and i activated it but i am getting the confidence Level as null in the startup parameter value and also while using the get call /v1/task-instances/{taskInstanceId}, i am not able to see the confidence level. Could you please guide me here.

Hello Keerthana,

The confidence level will be transported to the Inbox, you should see it once you open the details view of a task. It will not be presented to you via the REST API.

Hi Keerthana,

One problem could be a mismatch between scenario configuration and actual values of the workflow (definition).
As I am lacking more details you could check attributes + decisions carefully to see if you have a typo or similar.

In case you require detailed support I would recommend opening an incident that allows for sharing your configuration with SAP's product support in a compliant and secure manner.

Thanks for your reply.
I have cross checked the attribute name and decision,its correct.
I wanted to understand whether there is any minimum requirement of data to be present for the training to be successful.
And also can i see the logs or the reason for the failure anywhere.
