Workflow Container missing in the object area in Workflow Builder SWDD

In transaccion Workflow Builder SWDD, I can not see dropdown menu in object area , so I can not Choose 'Workflow Container' in the object area

I have set Belize theme,

SAP GUI 7.70

Is this an issue with this theme ? I am missing some configuration or patch?

I have noticed that using theme 'Classic Theme' IN SAP GUI 7.70 it works. So for my system , this is a workaround.

Anyway, I would appreciate some solution for modern themes as Belize or Quartz in SAP GUI.
