I have a situation with workflow and CC roles where, if I assign multiple CC Roles (wf group, Role, email address) and each of these roles has custom made email template group, user that is member of more than one CC Role gets only one email, the one that is first on the list.
If i remove that user, or add someone else, shortly - if all CC Roles have different users, all email are beeing sent. If user is in 2 or more CC Roles, he doesn't get those 2 or more emails, but only one.
Is this some kinf of limitation or something else is going on here?
My workflow is not connected to business rule, only to time type (sick leave). The company policy is, sick leave requests don't go to approval process but only notification emails must be sent to employee initiator, team lead, ceo and hr. To get that, 4 different email templates which are created trough document generation management are assigned to proper CC roles in email template group.
Request clarification before answering.
