Workflow Attachment Automatic Deletion

For legal reasons, we need to automatically delete documents attached to a case in a workflow after a period of time. Does anyone have any experience with this?

We can archive documents to different location or move the documents to a different folder after a period of time.

Hi Susan

Currently, this is not possible. The alternative is to manually empty the attachment field after some time manually; however, you would still be able to access the document from the case history.
