Work Process Restarted; Session terminated

Hi All,

Recently we upgraded our kernel from 701 to 720 for our SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 system (OS AIX 6.1, DB2 9.1).

The kernel upgrade was done successfully & we were are able to start the SAP system.

But after logging in when we try to execute any tcode we get the error:

SAP System Message:

Work Process Restarted; Session terminated

Can some one suggest the cause of the error & how to resolve it

Hi,

Can you also let us know what patch level you went to and the upgrade was done following the below note.

Note 1636252 - Installing a 7.20 kernel in SAP Web AS 7.00/7.01/7.10/7.11

Note 1629598 - SAP Kernel 720 will replace older kernel versions
