My client is implementing central finance and the immediate need is for a BP replication solution for their four ECC source systems and their S/4HANA CFIN system. My question is whether or not SAP Cloud Platform Master Data Integration along with the One Domain Model would be overkill for this use case. Consider that they also have other SAP cloud solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors) and non-SAP applications, and I have no doubt they will one day employ an Intelligent Enterprise solution. I am trying to avoid a throw away BP solution by exploring an SAP Cloud MDI option. I look forward to any advice from the community.
