What is going to replace req._query/req._queryOptions

Hi,

Since CDS version 8, req._query is not available anymore and is replaced by req._queryOptions. But, in the logs, it is mentioning that req._queryOptions is deprecated and will be removed in a future version. What else is going to be available to retrieve plain text OData parameters ?
