What does SPO mean

I have seen many references to SPO but I don't know what it means and how it relates to VS2008.

SP0 is Service Pack 0. It includes the .NET runtime and supportability for Cr 2008. If not install there is only Java development support.

Is this query related to Crystal Reports? If so, how?
