Wrong place to post but i figure you experts would know what the acronym OSS means.

Hi,

OSS stands for: On-line Service System.

If you have a login ID you can access it at <b>http://sevice.sap.com</b> and select <b>'Support Portal'</b>.

After login, you can:

- Get products documentation

- Search products notes information

- Report a problem about a product

- Download software and patches

Hi...

OSS - On-line Service System, that helps users to get fast and effective help from SAP. The user may log-in to OSS system to find a possible solution for a 'bug'. Get the patch ,if any, download and apply to correct the problem.
