When you want to reconfigure the RFC destination you also have the option to synchronize the passwords, this will lead to a working RFC destination again. If the user WF_BATCH doesn't exist yet, you also have the option to generate the user, but you will need SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorizations and belong to the SUPER user group (as explained in the convenient help which appears when you select an option in SWU3).
Thanks for your response. I have read all the documentation. I have user i have assigned all the authorizations SAP_NEW and also changed that o SUPER user. after doing all that only i posted this in SDN regarding this error.

WF-BATCH is the background user which you SHOULD have. To my knowledge, there is no way you can replace that user with your USER ID. This is wrong.
So, as Martin was suggesting, if the WF-BATCH is not existing, ask the Basis guy to create it. in SWU3, it clearly says that. But, the person who is creating the user WF-BATCH should have the SUPER user access, that's what the document says. And having SAP_ALL for WF-BATCH is advisable.
So, pl do that. You CANNOT use your user id even if you have SAP_ALL.
