webi bubble chart color assignment

Hi everyone,

I'm developing with webi 4.1 SP5 and I'm not be able to set a specific range of colors for my chart.

I try to choose the set "set default colors" or "clear color assigment" menu options but they are disabled.

I have to use a palette but only works when the query gets all the values of the leyend otherwise the range defined doesn't fit to my needs

What do I have to do to be able of choosing the disabled options

I have tried with html clinet and rich client but ... no way to find how to do it.

any ideas ?

Hi everyone,

Thanx for the replies but the only solution I have found is to change my chart to a scatter chart.

The options for changing the default or the palette color assignment for a bubble chart is always disabled.

Hi Jose,

A Bubble Chart is an extension of Scatter chart which allow us to add an additional third measurable value which forms the bubble area viewed by bubble width or height.

I have prepared a report in Rich client, City as a dimension and quantity sold, sales% and Sales revenue as Measures.

Here I have used Scale showing Sales %.

Depth(area) of bubble is displayed by sales%.

And then, we can choose the options choose the set "Set default colors" or "Clear Color Assignment"
