Webdynpro Java View Editor with rendering problem

Hi,

webdynpro view editor does not open correctly. Showing am rendering problem:

I'm having a fresh installation of NWDS 7.50 SP20 Patch 7 and I'm using the newest available SAPJVM 8.1 (Windows 10 x64)

The problem persists for existing (not migrated) DCs and also for completely new components.

Any hint would be helpful...

Same problem with NWDS 7.50 SP18 Patch 29.

But it is working with NWDS 7.50 SP12 Patch 12...

But we would need SP20 for corresponding WebAS.

Hi Aksel,

This is a bug and it is being fixed - the solution is not yet available.

Most likely the fix will be available in the next few weeks.

I hope "in the next weeks" won't be that many weeks 🙂

As an emergency workaround we develop in SP12...in case of problems we build in SP20 🙂

I forgot to update the thread yesterday, but here it is: SAP Note 3067569 is the one that describes the solution.

You need to subscribe to the SAP Note to know when the patch will be available.
