Web Intelligence Probe in CMC BI Admin Studio

Hi,

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 Support Pack 2 Patch 3 (Version: 14.3.2.4214)

Since upgrade from 4.2, the Web Intelligence probe is failing under BI Admin Studio. If I set the "Refresh" option to false it passes but I want the probe to be able to refresh the report and return a pass. I am scheduling this as admin so it should have all rights. The report it is using is from the sample e-fashion universe.

This probe is a SAP provided default probe.

What is causing it to fail? When I check the error, there's no info.

I'm running into the same issue with BI4.3 sp2 patch 7. The report that I am using refreshes fine when it is scheduled.

I will add some more information as I am back to looking into this.

The Result Details from the BI Admin Studio page does not provide any information.

I checked the generated log file and it had this entry:

exception:java.lang.SecurityException: class "org.eclipse.emf.ecore.resource.URIConverter$Loadable"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package

There were two entries for this same statement. A search for this statement on the SAP Support site did not return any results.

OP here, this has been finally fixed on BI4.3 SP2 Patch 10. Thought it was an issue on our end.

Default Web Intelligence probe fails when refresh parameter is set to true.
