web application - screen recording issue

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to capture web application but the technology automatically selected is "UI Automation" as you can see below

when I tried to filter with web technology no screen was detected as you can see below

Could you please guide me through the right way to do it.

Hi !

Most of the time you can face to this issue if the Chrome Extension is not well configured.

If you're not able to see any Web Page, I think it may be the root cause.

Please double-check that your extension is well installed and enabled on Google Chrome browser.
