VScode Guided Development command not found

Hello all

To implement a Fiori Elements app for a client I have to use a local VScode installation. I am not able to open the Guided Development command after successfully generating the App. If I try starting the command by the explorer nothing ever happens. When opened over the command prompt, I receive following error:

I also have this problem with older versions of the extension. How can I fix this problem?
