Value Help Unwanted Default Value for Filter

Hello all,

On a 1909 S4/HANA system with draft mode enabled, I am running into an issue in my List Report where when I click on a Value Help button to choose a field, it automatically fills the filter field with a default value of 0. I want this field to be clear like the other three. Any idea why this is happening?

I can go and create a custom default value for the field in the annotation.xml file as shown below, but the result still has the unwanted "0".
