Validation for draft Prepare is not working / not triggering while on the Value

Dear Experts

I am implementing an application using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model, where I am facing issue in validating the fields on entering in draft Unmanaged Scenario.

Attached the code in image format. Please help me on this.

The requirement is to validate on entering the value in the field.

System used : SAP S/4 HANA 2020

Please help on this scenario. The determination is working properly, but the validation is not working in the draft Unmanaged.
