Hi,

I got an error saying the below

rshell/user=mfgbatch jazzsap "/usr/sap/RSS/SYS/exe/run/sapevt MM_EVT_PROMIS_STANDARD_COST_JAZZ -t pf=/usr/sap/RSS/SYS/profile/DEFAULT.PFL nm=SID nr=02"

/usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run/sapevt=>sapparam(6): /usr/sap/SID/SYS/profile/DEFAULT.PFL: missing '=' in line 1

Can anyone suggest how to resolve the issue.

Hi,

The PROMIS-to-SAP cost interface has been failing since the 27th of November.

This is prd server. how to resolve the issue.

I'm sure you checked the locations /usr/sap/SID/SYS/profile/ & /sapmnt/SID/profile to make sure the DEFAULT.PFL is present and their access mode has not been changed.

Hi,

Default.pfl is present in the path. and as sidadm am able to access it.

Check whether profile parameter are correct in Default profile.
