Upload TCI Note

Hi

i have a task for upload TCI Note. i have upload the TCI, but the status still Yellow triangle

can i just use upload SAP note ?

is it the TCI and SAP note have a different source when i download it from SAP?

TCI is SAR file attached in corrections of the SAP note.

This is similar to SAP note, but with the differences :

• Unlike a normal SAP note correction, a TCI note contains a bundle of corrections.
• You don't have to worry for software component when you download an SAP note ( just download and system takes the relevant correction of it), but in case of TCI, you download the specific SAR file for your software-component and upload.

to download TCI is the same as downloading a sap note?

No, To download TCI :

Open the note in browser -> Go to Correction --> Correction instruction --> SAP_BASIS (i.e. based on software component) --> Select correct version for your system --> Click on 'download'

This will download a SAR file. Go to Snote and upload TCI --> Upload the SAR file.
